Best way I've found is to go to Altavista Image Search select "small" on image size, and type avatar and whatever you want to find and you get a whole pile of choices;

eg: avatar dog

You have to weed through some irrelevant stuff like photo's of guys named dog but all in all it works pretty good.

Yeah I'm getting tired of shuffling too...

I've been looking for a new avatar too... found a beauty but it's too big (byte count) to use on ThaiVisa.

Anyone know of any public domain software to re-size animated .gif files?

The sooner I get it, the sooner you won't be annoyed by my shuffling...

me, i use GIF Animator .. i dont know about Ice

try to put more special effect .. but cant make it has lower than 50 kb ..so i ' choose plain
