The place to go to is Chamchuri Square. If you arrive by MRT it's Sam Yan station. I haven't done this myself but I understand this is the place.

As far as I know you have been needing to go to the new office for more than a year.

You need to go to Chaeng Wattana, unless you're with a BOI company or some other special case. If you don't know if you're a special case, then you probably aren't.
