For example, look up how to make a personal tax filing in Cambodia without being an employee or just getting a tax number without a job being employed at a Cambodian company. See how far you get.......hint - not far. -

I'll complete the documents that I need to and send them a copy of my passport but they can stuff the certification bit. They checked my passport last time I was in my branch in August. A lawyer in the UK will probably want at least 3000 baht for that service. -

Starfruit problem
Fruit fly problem. I have it too. You can try traps but need the proper pheromone to lure the flies in them.
