Business As Usual?
As long as the quacks display the same sort of professional ethics as those demonstrated by the various presumably "top notch" professionals who signed old square faces sick note, getting a script should be easy enough, -

Do Thai Men Have Any Level Of Emotional Maturity?
Yep, nothing beats weights. My home gym is stocked with bars, dumbbells, plates, and a rack. It's much more than I need, as I bought the equipment over 10 years ago when I was much stronger. I have a pulldown machine for many additional movements. It's not a pretty gym, but very functional. It's all you need and quite cheap to set up. I train with weights for only one reason these days - to prevent (or slow down) muscle loss or sarcopenia (technical term). The longer you can maintain your muscle strength, the better you'll age. As they say, if you don't use it, you'll lose it. For the heart and circulatory system, I have a Concept 2 Rower, a Concept 2 SkiErg, and a Cybex Arc Trainer... and add to the mix regular 1-hour brisk walks. I'm on the other side of the hill now, so I do my best. All this talk about heavy weights is irrelevant on this forum, as it doesn't take into consideration the age factor. A 30-year-old man should not be training the same as a 60-year-old. Train as heavy as the muscles and joints will comfortably allow in a higher rep range (10 - 20). Use a range of motion that is comfortable and doesn't injure joints. -

Report Phuket Ramps Up Security Amid Bomb Scares
Photo courtesy of MCOT A recent wave of bomb scares in Phuket has prompted a security crackdown at mosques, as leaders work to safeguard the island’s reputation as a premier travel destination. Komol Damluk, President of the Phuket Islamic Council, has urged for increased vigilance and cooperation with law enforcement following several coordinated bomb threats last week. Speaking to The Phuket News, Komol emphasised that these incidents should not destabilise the community or damage Phuket’s image as a world-class destination. "We immediately instructed police to examine CCTV footage at mosques, providing full access to support investigations," he stated. All 63 mosques across the province received formal notices to enhance security measures. Leaders have been instructed to monitor gatherings closely and vet attendees thoroughly. Komol noted evidence showing the suspect visited Tha Chatchai Mosque before carrying out planned actions. In response, security protocols have been reinforced, with 15 imams coordinating surveillance efforts. The council has provided investigators with crucial evidence, such as vehicle details, enabling police to track the suspect’s movements across the island. "We are actively assisting authorities, including supporting forensic evidence collection and DNA sampling," Komol added. This heightened security comes after five suspicious devices were found at major tourist sites: one at Phuket International Airport, two at Patong Beach, two at Surin Beach, and one at Laem Phromthep viewpoint. These devices, while not lethal, were designed to intimidate rather than harm. Phuket Governor Sophon Suwannarat highlighted the threats' disruptive impact on public confidence and tourism, despite the devices lacking the capacity for mass casualties. Authorities are diligently investigating, committed to apprehending those responsible and preventing future threats to the island’s security. Komol urged residents to remain calm yet vigilant, stating, "We must unite to protect our province from those who aim to divide and harm." Adapted by ASEAN Now from The Thaiger 2025-07-01 -

Getting Thai health insurance for 68 year old American
Yeah, good there is AI. So easy to switch off the brain. Who is actually controlling and regulating AI ??? Btw. I'm not a WRLIFE agent, but a company which deals directly with clients, without dozens of offices and agents, keeping only 1 office in Bangkok, is not generally a bad company.
