Rimmer Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 South Pattaya bars raided by Region 2 Police PATTAYA: -- Region 2 Police were out-in-force in the early hours of Saturday on Walking Street in South Pattaya in search of underage bar workers and foreign nationals working in bars in contravention of Thai Immigration and Labor laws. The operation was led by Police Lieutenant General Panya, Commissioner of Region 2 Police who explained that officers had received a tip-off that two bars in the area were employing underage and foreign bar workers. In future, don't even try to suggest, as always happens every time there is a homosexual bar oriented bust or raid (the last one in Sunee didn't even net one underage violation), that this is only a gay/Sunee Plaza issue. I hereby suggest that the heterosexual nightlife district raided last night NOT be torn down to the ground to be replaced with new fish and chip shops and fish massage tanks.
