List Of Co Owners In A Condominim

Featured Replies

How and where can a registed owner get a complete list of fellow co owners in the event of the land registery which presumably must have this not being prepared to let them have it for some reason

Start with your condo Juristic Person, however they too may well be unwilling/unable to provide such a list due to privacy concerns.

They may be more willing if it's a specific unit you are enquiring about.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Condominium Juristic Person (CJP) must have a list of co-owners of the condo project OR you can consult the minutes of the meeting from the last annual meeting where it is required to list all co-owners.

The Land Department only has the info of the registered owner of each unit. It does not have the updated list of present unit owners for the entire project. However, the land office has (read should have) the updated list of the registered foreign ratio.

Feel free to contact us for assistance in property conveyancing, title deed searches, sales contracts etc.

Is the land dept info considered publicly available / for a fee? i.e. relatively easy to get
