I will be coming to Hua Hin in the start of March to meet up with some old work friends & would also like to do some Scuba Diving & wanted to know if there are any companies that leave the Hua Hin Area offering either Day Trips or Liveaboards as I will not have time to goto Phuket.

Any help is appreciated.

A couple of hours south of Hua Hin, Chumpon might be your best bet.

I have in the past taken a live-aboard dive trip from Chumpon, I have also seen day dives organized from a hotel there (Chumpon Cabana)

Richard is correct. There is no diving in the Hua Hin area. Chumpon is the nearest and an Island off Chumpon (reached by ferry) Koh Tao is the nearest decent diving.
