Can a foundation open a business to help support support the foundation expenses?

For example, could a foundation that does an after school program for at-risk children also open a small restaurant? All income going to the foundation.

Sunbelt Asia has experiencing dealing with Foundations and can help you with the process to ensure that it is done completely legally.
