Seeking Part For Electric Hot Water Heater ('Everhot')

Featured Replies

Morning all

A few years back we bought an Australian-made 'Everhot' 90litre hot water heater from HomePro here in Chiang Mai.

It died last night and I suspect it is the heating element. HomePro no longer stocks this product and we don't enjoy cold showers.

Can anyone point us towards someone that sell this brand of hot water heater or who might be able to help us with parts/service?

Cheers

OK, cancel my info request. Thailand has kicked a goal with this one.

Once I learnt that HomePro no longer stocked the product I gave up any hope that they could help BUT

within hours of us contacting them they had located a part and organised guys to come around and check/install (they just left a few minutes ago)

In the end it wasn't the element at all, but the control switch. Total cost to us = 300 baht. You wouldn't beat that in farangland

PS: Thanks for the URL Mr Clough. I had already emailed Rheem in Oz to get hold of the Thailand distributor

Nice one, good result! Good to see someone happy with something on here for a change lol

If I don't know where to buy parts for domestic items I just Google it. So far my experience has been excellent with local Thai service agents, both in terms of speed & price.
