The Mrs and I will be away a lot over the next few months, and so it is probably not the best use of cash to carry on renting this big 2 bedroom house, as it will sit empty for 6 of the next 12 weeks.... so we were thinking of downsizing

we are looking for a nice one bedroom house / apartment / condo, that is central in hua hin

apart from the classified section here, and Baht Sold website, and apart from driving the streets looking for "to rent" signs, does anyone know of any other good sources of rental listings in the 10,000B region?

most farang websites, publications and property offices list farang properties that are usually 15,000 up i think

any other suggestions guys, or will i have to get on me bike?

PS anyone know of any nice apartments going on a 3 month plus contract for about 10,000B from end of March onwards?
