A friend of mine who is on Grade 4 (don't ask me what it means, I don't have a clue), asked me if I can help him to get a Training DVD for Muai Thai.

Any hints?

Any other recomnendations from practitioners? I remember Nam Kao said he does Muai Thai?

i dont know about  muay thai  either (seem  some  TV  memb practice it)

found  a site as http://www.muaythai2000.com/muaythai2000/indexen.php

has a product as The art of Muay Thai

Amazon DVD

and  plenty DVDS  i google from keywords as  ; muay thai training  dvd

I've got that DVD, it's very basic.

There are a number of vcd's and dvd's at the Twins, Windy and Raja equipment shops by the big boxing stadiums by Rajadamneon and Lumpini.

For your information, the Sidyodtong Camp near Pattaya have produced an instructional. Maybe you can contact them for more info.

There are some ok books however; I can recommend one referred to by practitioners as the "Red Book" by Panya Kraitus in many bookshops. It's not as flash as other publications but has a lot of info in text and pics.

I have some training clips of fairtex on my computer. Also grade 4? Is that a gym name or smething? Because muay thai doesnt have a belt or grade system

Shall I post the training clips of fairtex? I have 3
