Would be grateful for any info.

I need a small car to transport cargo " chest freezer size" and/or people. Where thinking about daihatsu hijet but could not find a dealership, nissan NV seems nice, but the production stopped long ago.

Is there something similar on the market now? looks are not important. fuel consumption and small size is.

Thank you for your help.

Spartakos.

You have had good replies .

I like the little Suzuki trucks but don't know what your buget is.

You say " chest freezer size " so for the cheapest go for the three wheeler motorscooter champ truck things I have seen around our village.

Go with the one that has the nearest dealer.

Suzuki is bigger than it looks. Actually wider than a "conventional" pickup.

No idea, they have been about a couple of years, appears to be lots on the road no matter where you go, more so the DFM....

about the same size as the Hi-Jet........ Both built in China..

Suzuki also lots about, but can I give an opinion ?? over the years owned a few different Suzuki cars/4x4s I like them + never broke down any of them

Thank you. Today i just recieved an ice cream machine from china and it won't work even tho it's brand new, will stay away from chinese machinery for a while, it seems suzuki APV is a way to go or a secondhand daihatsu. I saw suzuki "every" microvan few days ago, looked perfect model for me, but could not find much info on it or anyone who would sell them.

Number of car websites have them For Sale.......... looks like a 2000 model is about 140 - 150,000 and 2005 around 230-250.000

660 cc manual or Auto.

Have a look on some of the websites, there are a number of small vans/minibus here... Toyota Yaris Van, Toyota Sparky, Honda Dunk, but the Daihatsu has far more here and different models from 660cc to 1.3 + many Taxi and Tuk Tuks use this engine, so spares should never be a problem
