I'm pointing out that in a conversation about Ukraine you state one thing but support another -- inconsistency, hypocrisy, whatever you want to call it. "Nations should be able to act in their own interests" -- except Ukraine. "For Ukraine, Russia gets to decide what happens." This is the universal response of the Russia supporter who won't admit he is a Russia supporter. While claiming neutrality, the absolute refusal to denounce Russia, coupled with an eagerness to denounce Ukraine. You just want peace, right? But only on Russia's terms. Russia's victory is both inevitable and imminent, correct? And has been for more than three years. -

If I lived under Hamas rule , then would support any group that attempted to out them from power . Would you happily and contently live under Hamas rule and not support attempts to get them removed ? I would join a Palestinian resistance organisation and try to get Naziesque group removed from power, just like the French did -

Dunno about that, couple of years ago I was at Danang, great beach, didn't see any surf there but beach was clean, water was clean, didn't have any stupid hawkers all over the beach, no dog<deleted> either, that a big plus in Nam compared to Thailand, you don't see mangy mutts everywhere, cause the Viets will catch and eat the bastards. 😂 -

Remember going to the old, small, hot, smelly, overcrowded room before the new building. I was using an agent and was told to arrive 3pm. Sat next to guy and started chatting. He said he had been there since 5am to get a number. I said I use an agent. He quickly commented he would never waste his money on an agent. At about that time, now a whole 15 minutes after I had arrived, my name was called and I collected my passport and was finished for the day. I did say as I walked past him that sometimes worth paying an agent.
