When's the official start? I bet it will start on the 8th.

It's good fun for a day or 2, but 6 or 7 days is a pain in the ass!

In town, they usually start throwing water in earnest the afternoon of the 11th and always finish on the 15th. I have never seen anyone continuing on the 16th.
