Songkran still going in these places? When do they finish...

Can anyone recommend nice (quiet) cheap places to stay samui and koh pangan? Had some good places recommended on north pf koh pangan, any other areas, maybe closer to the pier.

Songkran finished over here. Suggest you post in the Samui section of the forum, with a few more details re. how cheap, requirements etc. I am led to believe they are a friendly bunch and will, I am sure, be able to help.wink.png

Everywhere Songkran is done, EXCEPT in the Eastern Seaboard (Chonburi, where Pattaya is) where they're just getting started.
