I'm looking to relocate to Thailand within the year and would appreciate your consideration for employment.

Summery of qualifications:

There isn't much left int he IT world that I havn't had some expirience with, but here are a few I've spent the most time with.

Senior N O C Technician

-Support Data Center NOC environment.

-Remotely monitor banking and IT equipment with both third party and proprietary software.

-As a level II I am responsible for troubleshooting and monitoring WAN/LAN and Frame Relay networks.

-Basic manipulation of routers and switches are a day to day activity.

-Server administration via VM ware and other remote tools is also required.

-Active Directory maintenance for account related problems are also a part of a level II’s responsibilities.

-Perform the duties of a regular NOC Technician, with supervisory responsibilities.

-Senior techs maintain employee schedules, assign workflow and handle incident management. They report directly to the N O C Operations Manager.

-A Senior Tech has anywhere from 5 to 15 employees that they are responsible for; my team ranged in size from 4 to 6.

Technical Support Analyst and Implementation Support

-Remotely supported customers who used our proprietary software.

-Implemented HL7 standard gateway software that provides a communication link between our financial and clinical software packages.

-Supported software in hosted windows 2003 server environment.

Technical Support Analyst/Remote Desk Side Support

-Provided desk side services to remote locations that did not have an onsite IT staff.

Network Administration/ Repair Department

-Serviced onsite clients.

-Troubleshoot and repair workstation, network, and software issues.

-Consulted with clients in their networking and software implementing options.

I speak only a little Thai, but I've owned and managed a Thai restaurant besides workign full time in IT. I'm familiar with Thai culture and aware of some of the cultural challanges I might face in working in another country. I'm an Eagle Scout. I'm ITIL certified. I'm ready to start a career in Thailand with your company. I'm very confident in my abilties and only ask for the opportunity to prove them to you.
