I am looking for Lard (Grease of a pig ) to make a kind of chinese soup.

Could any one tell me where can I buy them?

I'm pretty certain you can buy in Tesco, Makro Big C, in tubs....

I seem to remember buying some for someone to make pastry, a year or two back.

I try Tesco, Macro and Big-C but I couldn't find them.

Makro have 1kg bags of pork fat in the freezer section render down when cold put in fridge.

The one sale in Makro is a cutting piece of pork fat not a lard.

The last time i checked, the meat and by-products of a pig were called Pork. If you can't find lard as such, render down the pork fat yourself.

I need to use Lard for my restaurant.

Render down the pork fat is not realistic.
