PR is the first step to citizenship, and there are a fair few farangs there who have got it.

I don't have to ring them up anymore because you answered my question already.

I personally know 20 out of the probably 200 farang I know living here.

I have had this conversation in Suan Plu waiting for another idiot to sort out his overstaym, and was also told that Thailand grants 50 I think it is per year to Australians and to New Zealanders and that the quota was basically all used up each year.

So we might be talking about there being thousands of Thais who are of pure western descent running around the place - mostly with Thai wives or Thai men with western wives; actually when I think about it like that, the number goes up like to probably 50; every single western woman I know who is one of my friends' parents has a Thai passport.

So Britmal, if you want more than that, then head down to Suan Plu or the police station in Siam, and get us better numbers than that.

Or you can continue sitting around making calls which I consider to be wrong. Up to you na Khuuuuun.
