Kway Chap Minus The Kway Chap

Is there a dish that consists of kway chap, or rather the stuff that comes with it (the soup and blood and guts) but in place of the noodles, it's served on plain rice instead?

And it's acceptable if the soup turns into gravy once on the rice too

yes.. this is available in several vietnamese restaurants. i am not sure what it is called though. but the soup is not like gravy, that comes from the noodles (kway gap). the soup will be like water.
