Is It Worth The Trip?

Coming to Thailand in April was hoping to get there for the 12th April and be there for the start of songkran but due to work the soonest I can get there for will be the evening of the 15th.

So that means I will have an evening and a day, I am not to sure wether or not I would have missed the best part of songkran as I am only there for the end of the celebrations.
