I would like to travel 5/7 countries in one time.

Say for Example From Thailand to-

Yes there is such a service. They are called around the world tickest. They usually will stop in a continent, after that you can get around various countries in Europe on your own. and same for other areas. I did a air far for Africa before landed in one country and left from another. Talk to a travel agent there are lots of packages and destinations you can pick from. Usually the ticket is good for a year and you need some idea of were and when you want to go to certain countries.
