Waliking A Dog On A Leash At Silom

Hey

We will be looking after my friend's dog for a month in a couple of weeks

We stay at around silom and wonder whether we are allowed to walk the dog on a leash in the streets (early hours) or is that forbidden ?

It is the size of a golden retriever

Of course we will take it to some parks from time to time but would like to walk it on a regular basis without disturbing anyone nor breaking any laws
