full of plastic bottles and card he was collecting from the bins... anyone know him?

I don't think that guys a tramp. I've seen him many times on the beach doing the same thing. I saw him on a motorcycle on Pattaya Klang going perhaps home after a collection. Might be just an environmentalist. Been around for a while. Long sleeve blue shirt was it? If so that's the guy.
