Nudity is art, where can i buy this painting laugh.png

Nudity is only an art to the corrupted and farangs.

Nudity is offensive to the pure and virgin.

Eve was pure and virginal - she didn't find her nudity offensive until she became corrupted - jus' sayin'

I think the Ministry of Culture should outlaw breast feeding, effective immediately. Imagine the damage young children could get when seeing naked breasts! A culture shock, scared for life!

Probably the only persons getting brain damage from viewing this show are those double standard old fa**s in the governments.

Women breast-feeding is a natural function and only a sicko would place any sexual innuendos on that.

Any adult who exposes themselves in front of children and especially on primetime TV where probably millions of families are viewing is just not on in my opinion.

If this would have been a man, than they would have thrown the book at him with headlines such as; pervert exposes himself on primetime national TV. For example if I were having a pee in a public convenience, could that be regarded as a sexual act because it involves exposing my penis? There would be a world of difference between trying to paint a picture with my penis on national TV and having a pee in a public convenience.

Sorry, but I fail to see your logic, as there are no comparisons between the two different situations.

I have no objections to what she was doing, but this so-called act belongs in a backstreet Bangkok bar along with the novelty pussy dart throwers and not in full view of children and a national TV audiance.

Nobody complains much when elephants are painting. It's considered quite the accomplishment in Thailand. Perhaps it might be said that the elephant has to exercise more talent to paint with its trunk than does a women with her breasts. If so, then another part of the anatomy might be tried.

The English have a simple retort to what you just wrote SuneeTH. ... Absolute <deleted>!!

The virgins in this picture are celebrating their beauty. post-9891-0-72184800-1340103627.jpg. Magnificent!.

You'd also be surprised how many farangs are also offended by nudity (if you educated yourself about these matters.)

Nudity and the human body is only offensive in the eye of the beholder.

The young lady on TV was not nude, she had jeans on. AFAIK breasts are not sexual organs but used to feed the child that comes out of a woman's body.

Thereafter men spend the rest of their lives trying to get back in, one way or another.

Un-edited pics or it never happened.

Have any of you seen the ads in Thai magazines with all manner of asian beauties with their boobs (alright no nipples) on show? Normal magazines that Thai teens read. Then there's the adverts that come on Thai cable (Samart, etc) from about 10pm - 5am with girls trying to pursuade you to call them whilst wearing as little as possible without showing a nipple. Then there's the many many Thailand-based internet forums that carry these same adverts, but they actually do show nipple. (darkzone.in.th for example) The culture ministry seems to find that acceptable. Oh, that might have something to do with the money, right?

I always find it laughable the culture ministry are outraged, even when it's faux outrage, as this is.

If what she was doing was sexualized in front of children, then fair enough, that is wrong. There's nothing sexual in what she does at all. She even faces away from the audience. People at home got a better look at the pixellated boobs than anything anyone in the audience saw.

If they've got a free spot on the next series of TGT, I'll glad show them the "Farang Sausage Painting Extravaganza."

The culture ministry haven't seen anything yet!

Lastly, TGT doesn't go out live. Someone in their production staff made the decision to air this as it is, with blurring of the boobs and must have got approval. So they knew they were safe.

As another person alluded to earlier the whole thing appears very staged. The Thai "Ant & Dec" properly ham it up. The judges the same. All done with the approval of the culture ministry of course. No way TGTs production staff would gamble on incurring the real wrath of the ministry.

The more pertinent question would be "Why?" after "Who the fudge cares?".

Yep, the whole thing is laughable and as non-manufactured as the women judge's nose; but it's amusing that the Culture Ministry has been baited again. They can't help themselves. No doubt this will occur more frequently and hilariously as officially promulgated Thai Culture comes to resemble, even more than it does now, a badly staged, outdated and over-mannered opera. Still, as some smarty pants in the Culture Ministry will point out: "don't have anything against breast painting in itself, just as I don't have anything against taking a big dump. It's just that neither should be done in public. And neither should be considered 'art' - particularly and especially "Thai" art - that would be a German thing".

Wow, what a hissy fit! Its not up to her who the other judges choose to put through. That's why they have a judges PANEL, to get a diverse group of acts going through. Pretty childish and disrespectful of her to act in that way just because she didn't believe the performance was worthy.

Disagree. I admire that she had the "balls" to stand up and object to what was truly and utterly untalented.

What happened to standards in the world, or is basically stripping all thats needed to be classed as talented nowadays?

The world is nuts.

I0don't think this issue has anything to do with talent, although, I agree with you, there was no talent involved by removing her bra and applying paint to her chest.

What is the real issue here, is that the young lady (woman) in question turned and bared her paint covered torso thus sending the collective Thai audience into spasms of both shock and delight.

Of course Pornchita Benz must have felt some kinship with this contestant as she has also covered herself in paint and been photographed in rather compromising poses. See earlier posts.

She is a soap star ( lose translation , Thai actress) although she has miles to go before she can be called a real actor.

Not anyone/everyone can get on this show. The show 'casts' its contestants. If anyone is under the impression that anyone involved in producing this program allowed this young women to perform because they were of the opinion that she really shows talent....well, that person is crazy. The objection of the judge was surely that breasts were painted with and paraded when painted, not that the women showed no 'talent'. Same with the Culture Minister. Both are paid to be outraged. It's outrageous. The breast painting women is aiming to become famous for being famous - truly a 21st century talent. Let's judge her fairly.

She is already world famous, the story is in many world papers and Utube has done its job.

No doubt her phone will be ringing henceforth.

Good luck to her.

Sukumol was maybe angry she was turned on, no?

There's a rumor that if you agree to paint with your breasts on a television show you can get THB10,000 for your effort. You get paid far more for being a judge and being outraged at someone doing so however, so I don't think Khun Benz was too upset about the situation. I don't know how much a minister of culture gets paid....I hope it's a lot, because you have to be outraged very, very often. Mind you, you'd be working from a very short script so it wouldn't be too vexatious.

What really amazes me is how much emphasis is placed on the female body.

An average looking girl like this exposes some flesh in public and than it becomes worldwide headlines. I’m sure if this would have been a guy than the whole incident would hardly had been news worthy.

The problem is that it makes some women consider themselves of more importance and that even the average lookers are desirable to all men. This in fact can have the result of increasing human trafficking and make women appear more lucrative in the sex industry because the gangs that run them consider that they have a product even more valuable than drugs or contraband.

It is the women themselves that are promoting the false facts that they are all sex objects. No wonder there are so many relationships based on financial and materialistic gain and so many women will sell themselves to the highest bidders, because they believe that their bodies are a valuable asset and should have a price tag.

On the whole most women are exhibitionists, the media is full of them and than there are those who like to flaunt it but are unable to cope with the criticisms and attentions of the aftermath that comes with it and will allege that they are the victims of men’s evil and immoral desires.

The answer is; that if woman wish to be treated with more respect, than is to keep their bodies under wraps and reserved for their lovers or partners or to keep their sexual exploits and exhibitionism as private.

I am not a prude and enjoy seeing attractive women in provocative poses or situations as much as the next guy, but it doesn’t mean that I view them as being women of esteem or the sorts of girls I would be proud to take home and introduce them to mother.

My point is that how women are perceived in the public eye is down to the images they portray of themselves and how much they value their reputations. It`s their choice and some comments made by men cannot be considered as derogatory when there are women prepared to use their bodies either for gain or as a means of obtaining a fast track way of bringing attention and publicity to themselves as in this case of the TGT incident.

So, after reading this twice, I can only surmise that it is your assertion that attractive women somehow contribute to the grow of human trafficking for sexual purposes and are only viewed as sex objects.

Step right this way as there is a shuttle waiting to take you back to the 1800's. Please watch your step as you board the shuttle, lest you bump your head and become even more deranged.

Actually, this bit:

"The answer is; that if woman wish to be treated with more respect, than is to keep their bodies under wraps and reserved for their lovers or partners or to keep their sexual exploits and exhibitionism as private."

Has a little of the Wahabi about it. Probably not a good idea for that lot to drive cars either. Certainly not a stick shift. That's just asking for it.

Well, it didn't take too long. I heard my wife laugh out loud a lot tonight and went to see the commotion. There are some photo's already on Facebook of a guy doing a painting with his knob!! :D You can only see his buttocks of course but he is grinding the paint in with his hips so to speak. Who said the Thais don't have a sense of humour?

Seeing some of the leprous donkey crap that Workpoint CEO Panya Nirankul has produced and presented in the name of "entertainment" the Cuture Ministry should be holding up some dodgy faced boiler ( 23? Christ! ) writhing about on canvas with her less than impressive honkers covered in Dulux as his "Citizen Kane"

Come the revolution he'd be among my top 10 of first against the wall.

Painting? Surely it's just a pencil sketch.
