"It's a luxury beachfront apartment" meaning a 32sqm cell in a block of 1000 units and located 500m from the beach.

"Surrounded by landscaped gardens" referring to an overgrown lawn with a few palm trees poking out here and there.

"Seaviews"...only from the roof of your block.

^ Our development is located only a stones throw from the Sea. (But I have never seen people that can throw stones that far )
