Here are a few porky pies to look out for. Please feel free to add to the list.

"We are European managed"

"We promise you European standards"

"It's a luxury beachfront apartment" meaning a 32sqm cell in a block of 1000 units and located 500m from the beach.

"Surrounded by landscaped gardens" referring to an overgrown lawn with a few palm trees poking out here and there.

"Seaviews"...only from the roof of your block.
