For those East of the river there's an excelent one off pharmacy opposite Mcormick Hosp, about mid way between Pharma whatever and Fasimo's and on the same side of the street, it's not much more than a double fronted shop house that is jam packed with stock but the owners are very switched on and the prices are the cheapest I've found anywhere.
