Funds For Buying Condo In Foreign Name

Over the years that I've lived here, everytime I transfer money from my homecountry to my Thai account add the comment to the transfer document " funds to buy condo ".

I have also several times asked and received from the bank the special document for proof of transfer( TorBor 3?) but have never used it as I never purchased a condo.So in fact I have a few of these documents in the safe but all are several years old already.

If I decided to buy a condo today, can I still use those years old documents or are they expired and will I have to transfer fresh money.
