Of course he does, everyone driving a vehicle on the road needs a valid licence. How could you even pose that question rationally? Even you cannot be this literal and obtuse.... Its pretty clear he meant 'specifically a TukTuk license'... as if such a thing even exists. Thus: the what could the possible charges be against a foreigner driving a TukTuk ? Its no different that you driving my car (if you have a license). OR... does the Por-ror-bor (basic insurance for) TukTuks ONLY allow for Thai Nationals to drive it, which I doubt. -
