Too many people DO NOT study, just use the system to stay here, many are dross drug dealers etc etc.

Hilarious. Are we back to the theory that everyone on an ED visa is a criminal? If anyone isn't studying, the problem lies with the school. If you feel so strongly about it then report the school to the Ministry of Education. I've attended 2 different language schools where attendance is recorded and all is above board. Most of us are complying with the regulations where no other visa options are available. Why not do some research and take a survey amongst these "dross drug dealers" and find out their visa status? You might be surprised at the results.

If you comply fine, there are too many that don't, hence the problem.
