goldy40 Posted July 19, 2012 Share Posted July 19, 2012 bought this condo in jomtiem 8 years ago 5 years ago i had a thai builder start the renovation he stripped it out and thats about as far as he got ,so having to return back to the uk and only coming out here on holiday locked it up ,paid the yearly maintenence and the 5 years has flown by anyway this june decided to finish the place off using a different builder heres the result im floor 26 just need to get a coffee table and a small dining table and a couple of other things wondering whether to sell it,keep it for when i visit ,rent it , or holiday lets Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thais dont like it much because it is spooky (ie not many people around) but to me that is an advantage. Pricing in that building, as in many older places in Pattaya, is very bizarre. Some of the most overpriced units I have ever seen in Thailand are in that building, and also some of the cheapest. I absolutely detest these modern white minimalist finishes though; totally devoid of anything approaching good taste. But hey, Pattaya is full of tastelessness.
