I think there is a big difference between

A Fake Document;

meaning a wholly false document that never had any basis in fact.

and

a inaccurate document;

such as a replacement document with an incorrect or mistaken date.

back in 1999 the army determined there was a replacement document that was inaccurate,

and then closed the case as having been resolved to the investigators and their superiors satisfaction.

Now with the new prominence of K Abhisit, the long memoried Thaksinista elephants

want desperately to find and straw ot string to pull to unravel his image.

They wound this one up and it's gone nowhere, as most of their attempts at defamation have.
