I just noticed I can pay my internet bill (True online) online at Bank of Ayudhya.The bank asks for billing information as follows - Customer No (Ref No 1) and Reference No (Ref No 2).If any kind person can tell me where I can find this info on my Trueonline bill I would be very grateful.

Top right reverse side of bill above the bar code or on left center front page (without the "ref" numbers). Just give bill to bank or 7-11 or any other payment point if you actually have a bill that is not past due. The bar code itself has full information.

Lopburi many thanks for such a quick and helpful answer.I had been thrown by the lack of ref numbers on the front page of the bill. (A late night on Friday didn't help!)

I use True login and pay my bill with credit card without any bank or 7/11 fees
