Asking For Recommendations For Rental Apartment Internet Connection.

Featured Replies

I own a rental apartment in Phuket (Kata Beach) area. Currently get ADSL service @ 1,300 THB/month. The service is through a central phone system and only one telcom provider apparently allowed(tt&t I think). Has any one used wireless 3g type of connection for this type of arrangement? I see routers with sim cards are available(i.e. Huawei B200). Any thoughts appreciated.

I'm assuming you want to switch to a 3G service?

D-Link DWR-112 and a DWM-156 is what you need if you want to snap off your 3g for when your out of the house.

I really recommend you keep ya hardline as it has no download limits and just using a 200b 1gb prepaid card with 45/60day expiry for when your on the move.
