Is there such a thing as a cheap cell phone that you can buy a calling card for with set amount of minutes? We have such a thing at our discount stores where you just buy a cheap cell phone and a card for a "set" amount of minute similar to a calling card. No contract involved.

Calling cards for local phone calls. can someone tell me were to buy phone calling cards for calls within Thailand. what kinds are there and how do they work?
