Yes it will get there. Get a prepaid box at the post office, they will wrap it for you adn there is a customs declaration on it.

If it is a pair of knock-off trainers, I would be a bit thoughtful however. If the real mc coy no problem.

From memory it may cost (EMS) about 350 baht. Including the box.
