Room For Filming Whiteboard Presentation In Bangkok?

I need to film myself giving a 5-minute presentation using a whiteboard. Does anyone on here happen to know of a place I could rent such a room in Bangkok? Even better would be a place that could also provide a video camera, as doing this professionally would be very helpful. Still, any room with a whiteboard would do.

I appreciate any assistance you could give me regarding this matter, and will offer advice to others on the forum so I'm not being like a troll. Cheers.

Check out Worldwide IP TV, maybe this is what you need. They use green screen technology (not whiteboard). Very professional.
