Delighted with Johnson, although i know he will probably have poor games as well as decent ones.

Fletcher seemed very overpriced to me, but I was more impressed with his linking up on Saturday than the 2 goals he scored. If he builds on that fine start and bags 15+ goals this season, then it will have been money well spent, even if 12-14m does seem more than necessary for a player who's been relegated twice in the last 2 seasons. Here's hoping he doesn't complete the hat-trick!

I too now have a reason to laze in front of the box Saturday lunchtime.

With all the withdrawals in the England team I do not believe this game is as straight forward as most pundits are predicting.

Appreciate it doesn't advance forward the "England is so crap" theme, but you may have noticed that it is not only England that doesn't romp home with cricket score lines against this sort of opposition any more. International games have become a lot more competitive than they used to be for all the so called top countries.

Anyway, 5-0 seems like a score line that might warrant some acknowledgement.
