It may be a deadly assumption true but the truth is most foreign tourist have no idea of the traffic issue if its their first time here. You see a cross walk with signs and in some cases light, you wait see a driver slow to a stop and there is nothing that says its not ok to walk. With speed of the truck driver and the position of the stopped car the tourist may not have even seen him coming. Thai's passing a stopped car at any intersection or crosswalk or even red traffic light is never deterred and little to no punishment ever happens for a violation, accident or even death. The news never follows up on these cases so the evaporate just like the law enforcement. Thailand is absolutely vacant of spatial thinking and consequences of their actions, especially when they driver any vehicle. They think in the now and what they want to do at the moment and never about what might happen or that other drivers aren't mind readers to their intent. -

It took less than a minute to include 602.9 in the order, to be programmed into the US Customs database. That insures there will be no fooknuttery, deliberate or accidental. That's how it works. It's pretty obvious that the MSM (and a lot of posters here) know nothing about the mechanics of import/export. Or they're being deliberately misleading or misled. I suspect the MSM is just pushing their Orange Man Bad narrative and the lefty posters here are being led by that MSM ring through their nose. -

The problem for the vets is the paperwork on obtaining the correct drugs. I, and some close friends, have all had dogs. Sadly, there comes a time when it is more humane to let them go. None of us have had a problem with the vet doing this. He even arranges for them to be cremated. The difference is that we have all taken the dogs to the vet for their regular check ups and vaccinations. There is a medical history card for each of them. This, officially recorded history, makes it easy for the vet to obtain the drugs. (I am hoping to sign up with the vet as a dog ) having said that, there may be some vets with strong belief's against euthanising dogs. However, most vets understand that it is better for the poor things when the time comes. Not sure of the rules when it comes to dangerous dogs. -
