I am trying to find a studio or 1br apartment for around 15,000/month in pattaya.

Wifi and a balcony must be included. I would prefer to stay around wong amat, naklua area.

Anyone got a tip for me?

Get there first and do the leg work, its the only way to find the place that will suit you, never book anything before you have had a very good look physically, it will be hard to find a decent place for that money on a short term, search for Nova condo's. Hope that helps

15K is hard? 12K should be no problem for a studio. I don;t do Naklua much though. Soi Yume up by Carre 4, Yes I know it is Big C now. nantan Gardens

1st i should disclose i rent out 2 studios in Wongamat, one of which goes for 15k p/m the other 10.

Golden condo soi 25 has my and others condos around your price.

Alternatives soi 27 or farther down, round soi 12 up in Naklua which are cheaper.
