Hi, i got a non immigrant O visa because i'm married with a thai woman so i have to report my adress every 3 months to the office immigration and my visa will be valid until august 2013. What it's gonna happen after that ? To get another 1 year do i need to go out to a thai ambassy and get an appointement with an officer of immigration and my wife and another person like when i got my first visa ?

Thanks a lot for your help :)

Actually what you do is that you seek extension of stay based on marriage using that Non Imm O as a groundplate.

The demands for this extension is easy to find here at Thai-VISA.com. I guess that you will have more complete answers here soon...

First we need to know if you actually have a visa from an Embassy valid until August or an extension of stay from immigration valid until August? You do not make 90 day address reports on visa entry as you can not stay longer than 90 days. So we are thinking you actually have a one year extension of stay. You do not obtain that at an Embassy but at an immigration office inside Thailand and the requirements are the same for each yearly application (although just you and wife will likely be required to attend).

I think you have a multiple entry non-O based on marriage that you got from a consulate outside Thailand.

This only allows you to stay in Thailand 90 days at a time, after that you must go to a border to get another 90 days.

Because you only stay 90 days in Thailand a time you don't need to do 90 day reporting.

Check you arrival stamp, it will tell your "permission to stay".

You never have to go out to an Embassy. You must extend your stay at immigration each year. Only if you can not meet conditions for extension of stay would you need to visit a Consulate for a new visa for entry. Just remember to obtain a re-entry permit prior to any overseas travel to keep your stay alive.

It is a 90 day report not 3 months. Unless immigration gave you a slip with your first report date you need do first report 90 days from the date you did your extension. Your can make your report up to 15 days early or 7 days after without paying a 2000 baht fine.
