sorry, just had to ask, as someone called George is calling into our station later to visit :)

Tune in to Fabulous 103FM or www.pattaya103.com as we will try and persuade him to tell us on air about the last DECADE of Thai Visa and maybe even find out.. WHO IS GEORGE

regards

Tommy

Ah the famous George...

He's a secretive and almost mythical character who is said to possess the ability to turn anything he touches into gold.

Such is his reputation, there are even phrases attributed to him.

'I've done a George' ==> I've made an amazing success out of this beer bar

'I'm Georgeless' ==> I really am stupid and couldn't create a successful business in 1,000 years

'Khun ben meun gan Khun George - jing jing!' ==> You are handsum man jing jing!

George is a really good bloke, very quiet and quite shy, I've shared the odd camomile tea with him over the years and have always felt better for the experience.

Indeed, camomile tea has that effect on some people.

I met George once many a moons ago at one of our Bangkok Parties.

Suffice to say he had the cutest gal of anyone in attendance on his arm. Either that or I was drunk.

That would have been one of the George doubles that he employs to maintain his secret identity. The real George would not be seen dead near (let alone drinking) camomile tea smile.png

I wonder which of the doubles will visit the radio station, perhaps his ladyboy persona ermm.gif

So it's Boy George then.

:cheesy:

I heard he won a gold medal in bowling at the 1988 Olympic games.

Is there any chance, Thai Visa would consider having an official blowling team? Many media outlets sponsor teams.

Jesus. Im thinking a night out with you and George would be pure rock and roll man. Do you throw the TV out of the window before or after you finish your tea?

He probably was drinking camomile tea to calm down after some mod banned him on Thai Visa.
