October 8, 201213 yr I don't think that your wife can have a hold put on your passport for non-payment, BUT, I MIGHT BE WRONG I know one guy who had his passport screwed with because of a paternity case against him. He had to pay a settlement to a woman who he knocked up years ago before they would issue him a new passport.
October 8, 201213 yr try working for an extra year or two to pay off what is owed. 200k USD is owed, doubt many could pay that off in a year or two, LMAO
