Contents Insurance

Anyone know a company that does contents only insurance for small businesses (plus a limited third party amount)?

All the SME policies cover buildings and contents and I don't want to pay for the buildings. It is already insured by the landlords and it's not in our contract that we have to insure the buildings.

My regular broker didn't have any policies so I am wondering if they actually exist.

Presume it depends on why 'type' of business you do !

I'm with Allianz, and would presume you could simply insure value '0' for building.
