BEST ADVICE.. if you are a westerner... PH.D. Candidate seeking to publish... received degree from a Thai Uni... GO some where else .. What you shall encounter will be mostly, but not always..... resentment, bias, discrimination, and an array of Graduate Advisor abuses.... sound like fun.. ready to sign up.. Then come on down son..

@Rhys - sounds like you're no PHD, mate - the 'handle' of the OP is "kathrinemayer" - which might indicate that the name of the OP might be "Kathrine Mayer" - which, in turn, might just indicate that the sex of this person might just be Female . . . . .
