I mean cheating happens the world over and i don't feel its the guys fault at all. If my wife cheats its her fault not the guys. Maybe even my fault for not satisfying her, or maybe i cheated on her ect ect.

2. Relatives for his assets are not need, see above

3. Even if he was dead she was NOT his wife, only his girlfriend why would she get anything?

In case you live together with the Thai wife of a Thai men, the Thai men has the legal right, to ask for compensation, I got told.

For as long the lady is still his wife and as long you wanna still be together with her!
