Officially you can't. There is a couple of other ways, mainly they are based around you either getting yourself a proxy server, this is a thingy that makes the BBC think you are watching from in the permitted region ie UK, Europe etc. There is also a piece of software you download, for free, which I can't remember the name, sorry.

Here is a link for free proxy server that will show you based in the UK, I have not tried this, so can not say if it is any good or not.

I downloaded Expatshield which is free if you can put up with the small banner ads top of the page, it gives you a proxy server when its turned on,allowing you to look at uk tv ,works good for banned porn sites also !!

Try Strong VPN, they have a few different packages to suit your needs. Mine is $55/year, sometimes works great other times its not so good so the downloading option is used.
