If you have an internet business selling thai products globally with your hosting in USA and banking in UK. and you are here merrily working away at your pc would you legally require a work permit?

would you put your UK or Thai address on site?

A UK address always sounds better, and if that where the funds are going. Secondly no you don't are you receiving any funds into this country? NO.

Selling Thai products implies they would need to be chosen by someone and sourced in Thailand. Then there is the shipping,packaging,sending etc

Who is doing these tasks ? It depends how involved you personally would be.
