Changing From "limited Partnership" To A "private Thai Limited Company"

We have recently set up a small Limited Partnership, but as more investors have shown interest in our business, we now want to convert it into a Private Thai Limited Company.

What is the process of doing this and is it difficult? We want to maintain the company name one objective.
