Dtac Wifi Signals In Pattaya.... Do They Exist.....?

The Dtac package I am shortly about to activate also tells me that by entering a Code on the Sim it will access available Dtac wifi signals.....??

Question is are there signals available in main areas of Pattaya Central etc 2nd rd etc.....??
